Without question Sam at Shopper Haven offered to repair my ring and arranged the transaction. It was repaired and returned to me in better than new condition. That is the true measure of quality customer service! I am a customer for life!! |

On our recent stop in St. Maarten we headed to our favorite jewelry store in the Caribbbean: Shoppers Haven. As we walked in the store, Sam Punjabi greeted us by name. How does he do it? It has been several years since we were in the store! As always, Sam was very helpful in finding us the perfect ring to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Somehow, Sam always makes the sale, makes us feel comfortable with our purchase, and has us spend more than our budget!!! Sam is trustworthy and we always recommend your store and Sam to our friends. |

In Jan.2011 purchased a ring which was sized, it seemed a little small however we were running out of time and we thought it would be alright. After several months and knowing it was to small I contacted ShoppersHaven and explained my problem. They gave me an address in New York and six weeks later I had a ring I could wear and enjoy.
